Consistent fabric is the result of a system, not a final check. Here is how we make sure the bulk you receive matches the sample you approved.
Quality control system
Six checkpoints from yarn to shipment
- 01
Incoming yarn inspection
Every yarn lot is checked for count, twist, strength and evenness before it enters production.
- 02
In-process checks
Loom and dyeing line inspections catch weaving faults, shade variation and width deviation while they can still be corrected.
- 03
Lab testing per lot
Colorfastness, shrinkage, tensile and tear strength, and pilling are tested in our in-house lab to AATCC or ISO methods.
- 04
100% final inspection
Every roll is inspected on lit tables using the 4-point system. Rolls that do not meet the agreed grade are not shipped.
- 05
Shade control
Shade bands from each lot are compared with your approved standard in a light box and sent to you before shipment.
- 06
Pre-shipment approval
You receive the inspection report, test results and photos, and third-party inspection can be arranged at your request.
In-house laboratory
Tests we run on every production lot
Results are shared with your shipment documents. For buyers who require independent reports, we work with accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas.
