Production

How your fabric is made

Weaving

Air-jet and rapier looms weave constructions from fine shirting poplins to heavy canvas, with on-loom monitoring to keep density and width consistent.

Dyeing

Computerized color dispensing and controlled dye recipes help us reach the approved shade on the first bulk lot and match it again on reorders.

Finishing

Stenter frames, sanforizing, peaching and calendering lines set the final width, hand feel and shrinkage, and apply functional finishes.

Inspection

Every roll passes over a lit inspection table, where defects are graded and recorded using the 4-point system.

Warehouse

Greige and finished goods are stored by lot in a clean, dry warehouse, so each order ships from a single, traceable shade lot where possible.

Packing & loading

Rolls are wrapped in PE film and woven bags with your shipping marks, then loaded by our own team with photos of each container.
