Custom constructions
Choose the fiber, yarn count, density, weave and weight (GSM). We can reproduce a construction from your swatch or engineer one around a target price.
Color matching
Send a Pantone/TCX reference or a physical standard. We submit lab dips in [SAMPLE_DAYS] days, matched under D65 and TL84 light, and keep approved standards on file for repeat orders.
Printing
Digital printing for short runs and complex artwork, rotary printing for volume. Send artwork as AI, PSD or high-resolution TIFF with your repeat size.
Functional finishes
Water-repellent (including PFC-free DWR), wrinkle-free, anti-microbial, flame-retardant, UV protection, brushed and peach finishes, and more.
Yarn-dyed and specialty weaves
Checks, stripes, chambray, dobby and jacquard designs woven from dyed yarns for shirting, dresses and home textiles.
Private label packing
Rolls, folded bolts or cut lengths with your own labels, hangtags, shipping marks and barcode stickers, ready for your warehouse or retail.

From brief to bulk

Brief
Share your tech pack, swatch, photo or reference garment, together with quantity, target price and delivery date.

Feasibility and quote
Our technicians review the specification and propose a construction, with price and lead time, within 1–2 working days.

Lab dips and strike-offs
Color lab dips or print strike-offs are submitted in [SAMPLE_DAYS] days for your comments and approval.

Development sample
We produce a sample yardage of the full quality so you can test hand feel, drape and performance, or make a prototype garment.

Bulk production
Once the sample is approved, bulk is produced in [BULK_DAYS] days, with a pre-shipment sample from the bulk lot sent for your sign-off.

- Composition, weight (GSM) and width
- A physical swatch, photo or tech pack
- Color references (Pantone/TCX or physical standard)
- Finish and performance requirements, plus any test standards (AATCC, ISO, EN)
